Arsenal crowned champions with Odegaard lifting trophy
Arsenal were crowned Premier League champions after Martin Odegaard lifted the trophy at Selhurst Park on Sunday.
The Gunners secured the title with a 50/50 shot at their best season ever, following their 2-0 win over Bournemouth.
David Raya wore Arsenal’s home kit during the celebrations, adding to the unusual atmosphere.
Arsenal finished the season with a record-breaking 28 wins, including a 3-0 victory over Manchester City in April.
Mikel Arteta’s side broke multiple club records, including most points (90) and most goals scored (87).
Odegaard became the first Arsenal captain to lift the Premier League trophy in 24 years, since Patrick Vieira in 2002.
