Milan Primavera's season opener sets the stage for 2026/27

AC Milan Primavera will kick off the 2026/27 Primavera 1 campaign at the PUMA House of Football on the weekend of 22‑23 August, hosting Torino – the same opponent that closed the previous season. The opening match aligns with the start of Serie A.

Milan Primavera's first away fixture will follow a week later against Cesena. That match will be played on 29 August, marking the team's early travel test.

A marquee clash is scheduled for 5 September when AC Milan faces Juventus, mirroring the senior sides' Serie A meeting with venues reversed. The encounter is billed as a blockbuster for the youth competition.

The derby with Inter is set for the weekend of 19‑20 December, the final fixture before the Christmas break. The return leg will take place at home on 1 May 2027.

The regular season will conclude on 22‑23 May with an away game against Cagliari in Sardinia. This final round completes the league calendar.

The competition format remains unchanged, featuring 20 teams. Newly promoted clubs include Como 1907, Empoli and UC AlbinoLeffe.

The top six teams at the end of the regular season will qualify for the Scudetto play‑offs. AC Milan Primavera will also enter the Primavera Coppa Italia at the round of 32 on 28 October.

For 2026/27 the Primavera age category is limited to players born in 2007. Clubs may still field one overage player on matchday squads, except during the final five league matches.
