Eight minutes before the break, Chukwueze restored parity for Milan with a simple tap‑in, leveling the match.
United regained the lead through Patrick Dorgu in the 51st minute, extending the gap.
Six minutes later, Chukwueze set up Alphadjo Cisse, whose finish equalised the score and shifted momentum back to Milan.
In the 68th minute, Chukwueze provided his second assist of the game, threading a pass to Gonçalo Ramos who put Milan ahead.
