Jose Mourinho lists five targets for Real Madrid
If Florentino Perez retains control of Real Madrid after the club’s elections, Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho will become the next manager. Mourinho has already submitted a list of five players he wants for his first season back.
Ibrahima Konate and Denzel Dumfries are the first two names, with transfers reportedly completed pending official confirmation. The remaining targets are Bernardo Silva, Riccardo Calafiori and Matheus Fernandez.
Mourinho’s selections indicate he views the defence and midfield as the squad’s weak areas.
