Ruben Amorim Favoured for Milan Managerial Role

Since yesterday, former Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has emerged as the favourite to take over at Serie A side Milan. Oliver Glasner and Matthias Jaissle were also linked with the job before Amorim became the leading candidate. The move is being engineered with the help of super‑agent Jorge Mendes. Milan majority shareholder Gerry Cardinale has offered Amorim an initial two‑year contract with an optional third year tied to European qualification. Amorim is inclined to accept, describing the appointment as a major chance to return to the game. Mendes, while not Amorim’s direct agent, is facilitating the deal and can provide transfer guarantees to Milan.
