2026 World Cup: Top 10 most valuable Serie A stars named

Lautaro Martínez of Inter is the highest-valued Serie A player at the 2026 World Cup with an €85m valuation. The Argentina striker, fresh from winning the 2025-26 Serie A Golden Boot, also lifted the World Cup four years prior. Nico Paz of Como ranks second at €80m, joining Lautaro in Argentina’s squad. The 21-year-old spent two seasons at Como after returning from Real Madrid, where he is expected to rejoin in summer 2026. Kenan Yildiz of Juventus and Turkey is valued at €75m, placing third. Arsenal recently enquired about his availability, but Juventus have ruled out transfers. Rafael Leao of Milan ranks fourth with a €50m valuation. Manu Koné, Marcus Thuram, and Donyell Malen of Roma each follow at €50m, €50m, and €45m respectively. Atalanta goalkeeper Ederson is valued at €45m, placing him among the top 10. Christian Pulisic of Milan and Scott McTominay of Napoli complete the list at €40m each. The 2026 World Cup begins on June 11, with Italy absent for a second consecutive edition. Serie A’s top talents will still feature prominently in the tournament. Inter’s Lautaro Martínez is the only player in the top three with prior World Cup-winning experience. Nico Paz and Kenan Yildiz are making their tournament debuts. Juventus’ valuation of Kenan Yildiz reflects his status as one of Turkey’s brightest prospects. Arsenal’s failed enquiry highlights his importance to the Bianconeri. The list underscores Serie A’s role as a talent incubator ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
