Cattolica to Host 12th Banco BPM Milan Cup

Cattolica will host the 12th edition of the Banco BPM Milan Cup from 12 to 14 June. The three‑day event is dedicated to young players from AC Milan’s national and international Academy network. This marks the fourth consecutive year that Cattolica hosts the tournament. Seven hundred children representing 52 teams will compete in 200 matches. The Under‑8 and Under‑10 age groups receive special focus. AC Milan legend Serginho will be present at the event. Italian academies will be joined by FC Glattal Dübendorf from Switzerland. AC Milan Academy Craiova from Romania will also take part. Their participation highlights the international reach of the Rossoneri network. The #MilanGentile project promotes kindness on and off the pitch through fair‑play incentives. Inspirational quotes will be displayed around the pitches and the “Artists of Fair Play” contest will feed a “Wall of Kindness”. Interviews with players from the Men’s and Women’s First Teams and the Youth Sector will be shown on big screens. AC Milan coaches can award a Green Card for fair‑play acts, and the Milan Gentile vote will select the kindest team and the most positive supporters. Winners receive awards during the closing ceremony, and the “Tifo Corretto Rossonero” manifesto guides parents and adults toward positive chants and discourages insults. The tournament concludes the Rossoneri Academy season while reinforcing AC Milan’s emphasis on values as well as performance. The event is supported by Banco BPM and other partners.
