Allegri's Napoli project: long-term deal to steer Belgian trio

🇮🇹
Italian Massimo Allegri, 58, has been appointed head coach of Napoli, signing a contract that runs until 2029 after a season with AC Milan, and will take charge of the Belgian Red Devils Kevin De Bruyne, Romelu Lukaku and Cyril Ngonge. Allegri, aged 58, brings a wealth of experience to the Serie A side. His Italian background aligns with Napoli's tradition of hiring domestic managers. Before joining Napoli, Allegri spent the previous campaign at AC Milan, overseeing the club's tactical setup. His tenure at Milan concluded with the end of last season. The Napoli board secured Allegri on a deal that runs through 2029, providing long-term stability for the project. The contract length signals confidence in his vision for the club. Among the players he will immediately manage are Belgian internationals Kevin De Bruyne, Romelu Lukaku and Cyril Ngonge. The trio, known as the Red Devils, will now be under Allegri's guidance at Napoli.
