Six NEC grades fail after heavy defeat to Bodø/Glimt

NEC suffered a 1-3 home loss to Bodø/Glimt in the Champions League play‑offs, prompting six failing grades on the post‑match report, including a poor rating for trainer Dick Schreuder.

After fifty minutes, the Nijmegenaren found themselves trailing 0-3 at the Goffertstadion. Fresh legs were introduced for a final offensive push, but the side could not claim any meaningful chance of a comeback.

Ratings reveal widespread disappointment

Brayann Pereira received the lowest score on the NEC‑side with a 4.5, while Tobias Storm, Emre Mor, Noé Lebreton and Bryan Linssen each earned a 5, marking insufficient performances. Schreuder also fell to a 5, losing the rating battle against his counterpart Kjetil Knutsen.

Darko Nejasmic secured the highest mark for NEC with a 6.5, matching the controler's rating, who again stood out as one of the few bright spots, similar to his display against Olympiakos.

Players who featured for less than thirty minutes were omitted from the assessment; Jamiro Monteiro (68) and Almugera Kabar (82) fell into this category.

NEC will travel to Norway next week for the second leg, hoping to secure a historic first‑time appearance in the Champions League group stage.
