AC Milan U15 women face Roma in Cervia Final
AC Milan's under‑15 women will meet Roma at the Stadio dei Pini “Germano Todoli” in Cervia on Monday 29 June at 17:30 CEST for the National U15 Women’s Championship final. The Rossonere secured their spot by eliminating Juventus in the quarter‑finals and defeating Fiorentina in the semi‑finals.
Coach Roberto Bottiglieri said, "Reaching the Under-15 Scudetto Final is when a shared dream really starts to shape. It's not just about the season's results, but it's the product of all our hard work, the challenges we've faced, and the daily steps we take to build a strong and distinct identity." His comments underline the season‑long effort of the squad.
In the Interregional Phase the team finished second behind Inter, a position that was enough to qualify for the National Final Phase. The placement reflected the consistency the side showed throughout the campaign.
The quarter‑finals saw a 1‑1 draw in the first leg at the PUMA House of Football, followed by a 1‑0 win in Nichelino where Marinari scored the decisive goal. Those two disciplined performances eliminated Juventus.
In the semi‑final the Rossonere recorded a 3‑1 away win over Fiorentina after a commanding 5‑2 aggregate victory, booking their place in the final. The result highlighted the team's attacking strength.
Roma reached the final after eliminating Inter, who had topped the Interregional group and reached the semi‑finals before falling to the capital side. The upcoming clash will decide the Under‑15 Women’s Championship title.
AC Milan’s youth sector also celebrated a Women's Primavera Scudetto and a recent Men’s Under‑15 title, underscoring the club’s depth across age groups. Forza Rossonere!
