Adi Hütter appointed Eintracht Frankfurt head coach
Austrian coach Adi Hütter has been appointed head coach of Eintracht Frankfurt on a three‑year contract that runs to summer 2029. The club announced the appointment in a statement on Sunday.
Hütter, 56, previously managed Monaco from July 2023 until October 2025. His spell at Monaco lasted just over two years.
The deal covers three full seasons, ending with the 2028‑29 campaign. Frankfurt will benefit from Hütter’s experience in the French Ligue 1.
In the announcement, Hütter called the role “special and emotional”. He said his earlier time in Frankfurt left an “indelible mark”.
Hütter added that he never felt his previous stint had ended. He expressed a desire to build on the memories he described.
Frankfurt will look to improve its league standing under Hütter’s guidance. The new season begins with Hütter at the helm.
