Arsenal negotiate sale of Leandro Trossard
Arsenal are in talks to sell left winger Leandro Trossard. Besiktas, Newcastle and Aston Villa have been linked with the 31‑year‑old.
Trossard has one year left on his contract and earned eight goals with eleven assists last season. His contributions helped Arsenal win the Premier League title for the first time in 22 years, including a winner against West Ham. He is valued at around €18 million and earns roughly £180,000 per week.
Arsenal have also approached Juventus about 21‑year‑old Kenan Yildiz, but Juventus have indicated no intention to sell the player, who is contracted until 2030. 19‑year‑old Eli Junior Kroupi is linked with a move to PSG, though PSG have shown no interest, leaving him to possibly remain at Bournemouth. The club are monitoring 23‑year‑old Bradley Barcola of PSG and 26‑year‑old Rafael Leao of AC Milan, both under contract until 2028.
Besiktas value Orkun Kokcu at €25 million, making him their most valuable player after Trossard. Photo credits include Carl Recine, Michael Regan, Stefano Guidi and Justin Setterfield.
