Brahim Diaz vows to stay at Real Madrid despite Juventus interest
Brahim Diaz says he has no desire to leave Real Madrid despite reported Juventus interest. He wants to fight for his place in the first team under manager Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho reportedly prefers Nico Paz and is eager to have Paz return to the Santiago Bernabeu, which could reduce Diaz’s role. Diaz acknowledges he may have to compete with Arda Guler, Jude Bellingham, Endrick and himself for regular game time next season.
Juventus coach Luciano Spalletti is said to be interested in signing Diaz to boost Juventus’s creative department. Diaz, however, remains focused on his future at Real Madrid and says he will not leave unless the club’s stance changes.
Other Real Madrid players with uncertain futures include Raul Asencio, Dani Ceballos and Alvaro Carreras, who also face questions about their roles under Mourinho.
