Sporting's Four Disciplinary and Two Competition Proposals Rejected
Sporting's proposals were rejected at the League General Assembly. The decision was taken during the Assembly meeting.
The club, referred to as the Leões, submitted four amendments to the league's Disciplinary Regulations. These changes were part of the club's broader proposal package.
Sporting also presented two amendments targeting the Competition Regulations. The two proposals aimed to modify the existing competition framework.
All six proposals were put to a vote by the Assembly members. The vote resulted in every proposal being turned down.
The Assembly's decision left none of Sporting's suggested changes approved. The rejected amendments will not be incorporated into the regulations.
As a result, the current disciplinary and competition rules will continue to operate unchanged. The league's regulatory framework remains as it was before the Assembly.
