Real Madrid election allows only 70,000 members to vote
Tomorrow, Sunday, Real Madrid will conduct its presidential election. The vote will decide the club’s next president.
The ballot will be held at Ciudad Real Madrid in Valdebebas. Urns will be installed on site for members to vote.
Real Madrid currently counts 100,000 registered members. Around 70,000 of them meet the criteria to vote.
Approximately 30,000 members are excluded from voting under the current rules. Only members who satisfy the voting requirements can cast a ballot.
Voting will take place on Sunday at the club’s headquarters. Members will go to the voting booths to deposit their votes in the urns.
The election results will determine who holds the club’s presidency. The new president will assume the club’s top executive role.
