Juventus Target Liberali as Milan Near Rangnick Deal

Juventus have entered the race for Mattia Liberali, the 2007‑born attacking midfielder who impressed at Catanzaro in Serie B. At the same time AC Milan are close to confirming Ralf Rangnick as sporting director, while Artem Dovbyk appears set to leave Roma this summer. Juventus are prepared to offer around €8 million for Liberali. Catanzaro value the player at roughly €10 million and have indicated no discount will be given. Any deal would include a clause granting AC Milan 50 percent of a future resale fee. Ralf Rangnick has asked for full autonomy over sporting decisions at AC Milan. He seeks the ability to work without interference and to rely on trusted personnel. Matteo Moretto confirmed fresh contacts between the parties over the weekend. AC Milan expect to give a response by 17 June. Inter coach Cristian Chivu has identified specific positions that need reinforcement.
