Manchester City eye Elliot Anderson and Sandro Tonali

Manchester City have had a second bid rejected for Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson and are expected to sign him this summer. The rejected bid reportedly included £106 million in base fees plus £15 million in add‑ons, totalling £121 million with add‑ons.
