Mason Greenwood agrees to Roma, Marseille sets €55m price
Mason Greenwood has given his approval to join AS Roma, while Olympique de Marseille are demanding a €50‑55m fee for the 24‑year‑old forward.
Greenwood, who spent the last two Ligue 1 seasons with Olympique de Marseille, recorded 37 league goals in 66 appearances and 48 goals in 81 matches across all competitions.
AS Roma, fresh from qualifying for the UEFA Champions League, aim to boost their attack under Gian Piero Gasperini as they build on the momentum of the 2025‑26 campaign.
The deal would see Greenwood earn a salary exceeding €4m per season plus bonuses, with AS Roma expected to start negotiations with an offer of €40m including bonuses, while Olympique de Marseille hold out for a higher price. Interest also comes from Fenerbahce.
