Martin O'Neill Leads Celtic to Premiership Title
Martin O'Neill guided Celtic to the Scottish Premiership crown on Saturday in Glasgow. Celtic defeated Hearts with two late goals to clinch the title.
Prior to the match Celtic trailed league leaders Hearts by a single point, leaving O'Neill concerned about the points deficit.
The game turned in Celtic's favour when two goals in the closing stages secured the win. Those strikes erased the gap and handed the championship to Celtic.
The triumph marks Celtic's fifth consecutive league title, extending their domestic dominance. The club has now won the Scottish Premiership five seasons in a row.
It also represents the fourth league crown for Martin O'Neill as Celtic manager. O'Neill has now guided the side to four Scottish titles.
Looking ahead, Celtic will aim to build on the success and maintain their position at the top of Scottish football. O'Neill expects the squad to stay focused for the upcoming season.
