PSG plan loan exit for Gabriel Moscardo this summer
Paris Saint-Germain plan to loan out 20-year-old defensive midfielder Gabriel Moscardo this summer. The Brazilian joined PSG in January 2024 for around €20 million. PSG will retain him but seek a new loan for development.
Moscardo spent last season on loan at Braga in Portugal’s top flight. He featured regularly under manager Carlos Vicens, who led Braga to a fourth-place finish and Europa League semi-finals. PSG will target another European club for his next loan.
Luis Campos remains PSG’s sporting director, overseeing squad moves. PSG aim to balance squad stability with loaning young talents to gain experience. The club has no plans for major summer transfers.
Elsewhere, Ibrahim Mbaye remains at PSG despite Premier League interest. Reports linked Mbaye with Aston Villa, but PSG are unlikely to accept offers. The 20-year-old is expected to stay and develop at the club.
