Serhou Guirassy admits goal tally fell short
Serhou Guirassy, who plays for Borussia Dortmund, finished the season with 17 Bundesliga goals, four UEFA Champions League goals and one DFB Cup goal, dropping below a 30‑goal total for the first time in three years.
The tally placed him behind former VfB Stuttgart teammate Deniz Undav (19) and Harry Kane (36) in the league scoring chart.
Guirassy said he enjoys being among the top three scorers but acknowledges players like Kane score at an “incredible rate”.
He added that Bayern Munich’s attack, featuring Luis Díaz and Michael Olise, is already extremely strong, and that he strives to keep up with such competition.
