Serie A confirms 11 players, including Juventus stars, miss final round
Serie A has confirmed that 11 players will miss the final round of the 2025-26 season due to suspension. The affected athletes include high‑profile stars from Juventus, Roma and Lazio.
The league disclosed that the suspensions cover players from three clubs that are traditionally among the league’s top sides. Juventus, Roma and Lazio each have at least one representative barred from the last matchday.
In total, eleven individuals will serve bans that prevent them from taking part in the season‑ending fixtures. The disciplinary action follows the league’s standard suspension rules.
The final round of fixtures marks the conclusion of the 2025-26 Serie A campaign. All clubs will have to field line‑ups without the suspended players.
Serie A’s announcement came ahead of the scheduled matchday, giving clubs time to adjust their squads. The governing body reiterated that the bans are enforceable and will be applied uniformly.
The league will enforce the suspensions during the final round as scheduled. Clubs will need to comply with the disciplinary decisions.
