Ajax reshuffle: Nuijten exits as Grim’s assistant after youth stint

Ajax announced on Friday evening that 33‑year‑old Paul Nuijten has left the club with immediate effect, ending a contract that had run until mid‑2027. Nuijten, who moved from head of the Ajax O19 youth side to become one of Fred Grim’s assistants after Grim took over from Oscar García in March, departs the Amsterdammers after joining the academy in 2024.
