Everton faces busy summer as five to six players depart
Everton face a busy summer transfer window, according to supporter Baz Cass of Toffee TV. Cass told BBC Radio Merseyside that five or six players are likely to leave. David Moyes previously admitted in a May news conference that the club struggled to attract players after missing European qualification.
Cass said the club must act early, noting fans expect signings but criticism will follow costly failures. He believes Everton will need to bring in six or seven players, especially to rebuild the midfield. He doubts Idrissa Gueye will stay, and expects Charly Alcaraz and Tim Iroegbunam could depart. Seamus Coleman is already gone, and Nathan Patterson may be sold if a replacement arrives.
Cass warned that losing five players will shrink an already limited squad, making the summer crucial for Everton.
