Juventus would need miracle to sign Liverpool's Alisson

Juventus face a steep hurdle to acquire Alisson from Liverpool this summer. The Brazilian goalkeeper remains under contract for another year, and Liverpool show no intention of releasing him. Liverpool must offload several first‑team players, including Mohamed Salah, Andy Robertson and Ibrahima Konate, who are set to leave on free transfers. Richard Hughes must generate funds for the summer window, while Alisson’s contract extension limits any potential fee. Injuries have limited Alisson’s appearances, prompting internal talk of promoting Giorgi Mamardashvili to starter. Juventus seek an experienced, winning goalkeeper after Michele Di Gregorio’s struggles last season. "After the struggles demonstrated by Michele Di Gregorio last season, there is an urgent need to add an experienced, winning goalkeeper with a strong personality to the squad." The club also eyes South American options such as Emiliano Martinez. Alisson’s presence underpins Liverpool’s defensive stability, having partnered with Virgil van Dijk since his arrival. Backup Caoimhin Kelleher provided reassurance, whereas Mamardashvili’s errors have unsettled fans. With manager Arne Slot departed, Andoni Iraola believes retaining Alisson may be Liverpool’s most crucial move this window.
