Manchester United eye Madrid midfielder Camavinga for €60m

Manchester United have formally expressed interest in signing 23‑year‑old French midfielder Eduardo Camavinga this summer. Real Madrid have placed a €60 million price tag on the player, according to journalist Miguel Serrano, as the club remains open to offers in the transfer market.

Real Madrid do not consider Camavinga untouchable and are willing to negotiate for the French international. Despite a sub‑par campaign in which he fell behind Thiago Pitarch, the 23‑year‑old remains on the club’s roster.

Paris Saint‑Germain have shown keen interest in bringing Camavinga back to his homeland. Juventus have also inquired about the midfielder’s situation and the conditions required for a transfer.

Manchester United are undertaking a massive rebuild of their midfield after the departure of Casemiro. The club also expects to part ways with Manuel Ugarte, creating further space for a new signing.

Camavinga has expressed no desire to leave the Santiago Bernabeu this summer. He aims to fight for his place under manager Jose Mourinho, who is looking to refresh the midfield.

A €60 million fee is unlikely to deter United, Juventus or PSG, according to the report. The final outcome will depend on whether Real Madrid secure a new midfielder and decide which current player becomes expendable.
