Terms and Conditions

4All-Ventures BV (BE0771.490.785), registered at 2440 Geel, Belgium (hereinafter "4All-Ventures"), operates the online platform 4All-Ventures Football (hereinafter "the Platform"), accessible via 4allfootball.com, voetbal4all.eu and associated country-specific domains and subdomains.

User: any person who visits the Platform or posts content on it.
Listing: a vacancy, profile, event or article posted by a User on the Platform.
Premium: paid visibility for Listings, with extended cross-border functionality.
Content: all text, images, videos and other materials on the Platform.

The Platform is freely accessible. No account is required to post a Listing — identification is done via email address and optionally via magic-link authentication. 4All-Ventures reserves the right to refuse or restrict access in case of abuse.

Users guarantee that posted content is truthful, non-misleading and non-discriminatory. It is prohibited to post content that:
- Violates the law or public order
- Is discriminatory, offensive or defamatory
- Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
- Contains misleading information about positions, compensation or conditions
4All-Ventures reserves the right to remove or modify content without prior notice.

Listings are published after optional moderation. Free listings are visible in the country of posting. Premium listings offer cross-border visibility across multiple European markets. The duration of a listing is determined by the chosen subscription. Upon expiry, the listing is automatically deactivated.

Premium services are offered at the rates published on the Platform. Payment is processed via Stripe. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Cancellation is subject to the terms of the chosen subscription. Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been used, in accordance with the EU right of withdrawal.

All intellectual property rights on the Platform (design, code, trademarks, logos) belong to 4All-Ventures BV. Users retain the rights to content they post, but grant 4All-Ventures a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display and translate such content for the purpose of the Platform.

4All-Ventures strives for optimal Platform performance but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. 4All-Ventures is not liable for:
- Inaccuracies in User-posted content
- Damages arising from use of the Platform
- Technical failures or data loss
- Actions of third parties via the Platform
Total liability is limited to the amount the User has paid to 4All-Ventures in the preceding 12 months.

The Platform contains content related to youth football. Profiles of minors (persons under 18 years of age) are always anonymised. This means that identifying data — including full name, photo and contact details — are not publicly displayed. This anonymisation is automatically enforced by the Platform and cannot be disabled by the minor, a parent, guardian or any other party.

Parental consent is required to create a profile for a minor, but does not grant the right to make identifying data publicly visible. The Platform processes data of minors with extra care in accordance with the GDPR.

4All-Ventures processes personal data in compliance with the GDPR. Local legislation is respected based on the User's country and the country where content is posted, including (without limitation): the GDPR, local e-commerce regulations, consumer protection and provisions relating to minors and sports activities.

4All-Ventures reserves the right to amend these terms. Amendments are published on the Platform and take effect 30 days after publication. Continued use after this period constitutes acceptance.

Users may terminate their use of the Platform at any time. 4All-Ventures may deactivate accounts or listings in case of violation of these terms, after a warning by email.

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies are only placed after your explicit prior consent. You can withdraw or adjust your consent at any time via the cookie banner or the cookie policy page.

Essential cookies (always active): necessary for session management, authentication and basic platform functionality (e.g. admin.sid, preferred_region, preferred_lang, cookie_consent).
Functional cookies: for remembering language preference and region selection. Require your consent.
Analytical cookies: Google Analytics 4 for anonymised platform statistics. Require your consent.
Advertising cookies: Google AdSense and Meta/Facebook Pixel for displaying relevant advertisements and measuring campaign effectiveness. Require your consent.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of Antwerp, division Turnhout.

The foregoing is without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the User's country of habitual residence. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the competent court of their own domicile, in accordance with applicable EU law (including Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012).
