Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr ready €80m bid for Raphinha
Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr are preparing a package worth around €80 million to sign Raphinha from Barcelona this summer. The Saudi clubs also intend to quadruple the Brazilian winger’s net salary. Both offers are backed by the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia.
The two Saudi Pro League giants view Raphinha as a marquee signing that could further raise the league’s global profile. They consider the winger capable of enhancing the competition’s visibility worldwide.
Raphinha signed a contract extension with Barcelona until 2028 and has repeatedly affirmed his commitment to the club. He previously said a substantial Saudi offer in 2025 tempted him, but a decisive conversation with Hansi Flick convinced him to stay.
During the 2024/25 campaign Raphinha recorded 34 goals and 23 assists, while injuries limited him to 21 goals and seven assists in 33 appearances this season. Barcelona may need funds to replace Robert Lewandowski, and the club has added Anthony Gordon from Newcastle United as a potential complement.
