The Instagram post showed Asllani standing on Berlin’s Sportplatz Hohenschonhausen, mirroring a childhood photograph taken at the same spot. He wore the Barcelona jersey he first wore in the 2008‑09 season, underscoring his long‑standing connection to the Catalan club.

In the caption he wrote “Same place, different time”, a simple message that resonated with Barcelona supporters.
