Didier Digard Extends Le Havre AC Contract to 2027
Le Havre AC announced that head coach Didier Digard has signed a contract extension that runs to 2027, with an additional one‑year option.
The 39‑year‑old Digard had been approached by other Ligue 1 clubs but chose to remain at the Normandy‑based side.
Digard said the club's ambitions and a recent restructuring of its management team reassured him.
The appointment of Demba Ba as director of football, a close associate whose work Digard followed at USL Dunkerque, was a key factor in his decision.
Since taking charge in the summer of 2024, Digard has overseen 70 matches and kept Le Havre AC – the oldest club in the league – in Ligue 1 for two seasons.
He now aims to develop the side further.
The announcement was reported by Léo Aschi for GFFN.
