Ex-referee Pedro Oliva accuses Negreira of manipulating appointments

Pedro Tristante Oliva, a former referee from the 1990‑2000 era, denounced on Ramón Álvarez de Mon's YouTube channel the practices of Enríquez Negreira, claiming that this vice‑president influenced referee assignments and that the penalty he blew between Real Madrid and Valencia never existed.
