Inter near signing Oumar Solet as Bastoni, Bisseck stay
FC Internazionale are finalising a deal for Udinese centre-back Oumar Solet. The French defender could join Cristian Chivu’s squad on a four‑year contract. Alessandro Bastoni and Yann Bisseck appear set to remain with the Nerazzurri for the 2026‑27 season.
Solet has agreed personal terms that include wages of about €2.5 million per season. Udinese Calcio have set a €25 million price tag, with negotiations indicating Inter are roughly €3 million short of the asking amount. Parma Calcio 1913 faced Udinese in a Serie A match on 29 November 2025.
The move may initially be structured as a loan with an option or an obligation to buy. Inter’s defensive recruitment follows the departures of Francesco Acerbi and Matteo Darmian at the end of their contracts.
Bastoni’s agent told Inter officials that the player is happy at San Siro and does not intend to leave. Bisseck’s representative similarly reported his client’s satisfaction and the possibility of a new extension despite his current deal running to 2029.
