Juventus target Tottenham full-back Djed Spence if Cambiaso exits
Juventus sporting director Marco Ottolini wants Tottenham and England full-back Djed Spence if Andrea Cambiaso leaves this summer. Reports from Italy indicate Juventus are preparing squad changes for the 2026-27 season under Luciano Spalletti.
Juventus are also pursuing Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez and targeting Alexander Sorloth, Brahim Diaz and Randal Kolo Muani to strengthen their attack. These signings depend on offloading current first-team players.
Gleison Bremer has a €58m release clause and is linked with an exit, while Cambiaso’s future is uncertain after recent reports suggested he could leave. If Cambiaso departs, Juventus will need to replace him in defence.
Ottolini previously signed Spence for Genoa in January 2024. Spence can play at both right and left-back and is already familiar with Serie A football.
Tottenham’s squad changes—including the signing of Andrew Robertson and the presence of Destiny Udogie and Pedro Porro—may reduce Spence’s opportunities in North London next season.
