Kaka Calls Himself Real Madrid’s Worst Signing
Kaka said in a YouTube interview with Rio Ferdinand that he considers himself one of Real Madrid’s worst signings. The interview was posted on Ferdinand’s channel.
Kaka arrived at Real Madrid in 2009 from AC Milan after winning the Ballon d’Or and helping Milan win the Champions League. Real Madrid paid €67 million for the transfer, and expectations were described as enormous.
Kaka explained that injuries and competition under Jose Mourinho limited his appearances. Mourinho preferred Ozil, Di María, Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo for the attacking roles.
