Kylian Mbappe says life is freer at Real Madrid
Kylian Mbappe said his daily life has become freer since moving to Real Madrid. He spoke ahead of France's World Cup opener against Senegal.
Mbappe noted he can walk the streets of Madrid without security. He can do ordinary activities that were harder in France.
He recalled the pain of France's 2022 World Cup final loss to Argentina. He described penalties as the cruellest way to lose a World Cup final.
Mbappe concluded he is happy in Madrid and ready for the upcoming tournament.
