Mohamed Ihattaren claims he can start for Netherlands and Morocco
Mohamed Ihattaren, 24, says he is 100 percent sure he could start at number 10 for the Netherlands national team.
He repeats the same confidence for the Morocco national team.
Ihattaren made the comment in the Mixed Zone programme on NPO Start.
He did not provide further explanation.
He also believes he could be a starter for Morocco, despite not being selected by coach Mohamed Ouahbi.
No negotiations took place between the Moroccan federation and Ihattaren.
Last season in the Eredivisie he recorded six goals and ten assists for Fortuna Sittard.
The statistics underline his strong campaign.

Ihattaren says his performances merit a move to a bigger club that competes in Europe. He prefers a domestic transfer and names Ajax, PSV and Feyenoord as ideal destinations. He adds that NEC is not his primary target. He previously spent time at Ajax and PSV, but both spells ended poorly. After a stint abroad he returned to the Dutch league with RKC before joining Fortuna Sittard. Ihattaren states his buyout clause is three million euros. He describes himself as a bargain. Mixed Zone airs each World Cup day from 16:00 on NPO Start. Presenters Susanne Morren, Devran Alkas and Rayen Halfhide host guests such as Armin Shah and Kevin.
