Nicolas Raskin linked with Italy, England, Spain ahead of WC

While the Red Devils prepare for their crucial World Cup duel against Iran, Rangers midfielder Nicolas Raskin keeps appearing on the transfer radar. He is linked with clubs from Italy, England and Spain as the tournament looms. Rangers signed the Belgian midfielder from Standard in early 2023 for just under €1.5 million. Three and a half years later he has become a regular member of the Belgium national team, the Red Devils. His current market value is estimated at more than €10 million. Italian club Atalanta is monitoring the situation closely, while several Premier League and La Liga sides have also done their homework. Speaking at a Thursday press conference in Renton, Nicolas Raskin said, “I don’t concern myself with my transfer or my transfer fee.” He added that he leaves those matters entirely to his agents and that during the World Cup “we have everything related to clubs parked.” Raskin acknowledged the tournament’s appeal, stating, “Naturally it is interesting to be able to show yourself here.” He noted that while he does not let speculation distract him, a strong showing at the World Cup would only reinforce his profile. The Red Devils are preparing for their crucial World Cup duel against Iran, and Raskin insists his full attention remains on the competition. He believes that any good performance will further strengthen his dossier for potential suitors.
