Red card annulled for Oriol Soldevila and sanctions for Ruiz and Martínez

On an afternoon of disciplinary decisions, the Single Judge of the Primera Federación annulled the direct red card shown to Oriol Soldevila against Real Jaén, while Salva Ruiz (Huesca) and Julio Martínez (Antequera) received one‑match suspensions each.

Sanctions and card annulments

With 1, Salva Ruiz of SD Huesca and Julio Martínez of Antequera were punished with a one‑match suspension. In the same order, Eder Iribarren (Tudelano) and Éric Gamen (UD Logroñés B) also received a one‑match sanction. In addition, the club Arnedo was fined for slightly altering the match order.

The Single Judge of the Primera Federación, after assessing the allegations presented by Hércules, voided the direct red card that Oriol Soldevila had received against Real Jaén. The footage of the incident showed that the player touched the ball before striking the opponent, contradicting the official report.

Signings and renewals

Villarreal announced the extension of the contract of the reserve team winger Nizar El Jmili until June 2030. The player, who had already been called up to the first team for some pre‑season friendlies, will remain linked to the ‘groguet’ club for the coming years.

Bon Pastor bolstered its attack with the signing of forward Anás Kalloul, 27, from Sant Ildefons. Kalloul signs with the Catalan club to bring experience to the forward line.

Rescheduled calendar and Copa del Rey

The match between San Cristóbal and FE Grama, postponed last Sunday due to a weather alert, will be played on Wednesday, 14 October at 20:30 at Ca n’Anglada. Likewise, the round‑3 game between Singuerlín and Castelldefels, suspended by the storm, has been rescheduled for 4 November at 20:45, and on the same day at 20:00 the Prat‑Turó Peira clash will take place, already moved forward because of cup commitments.

In the same round, Sant Cugat‑Figueres will face its opponent on Tuesday, 3 November at 20:00, while Cambrils Unió and El Catllar will meet on Wednesday, 14 October at 20:15. Dates for the postponed round‑3 matches due to the rain alert are still being confirmed.
