Roma have shown interest in German striker Denis Undav, who renewed his contract with Stuttgart until 2029, after scoring three goals in his first two matches for Nagelsmann’s national team, including a brace in a comeback win over Ivory Coast.

reported that several clubs approached Stuttgart with inquiries about Undav's contract, which was set to expire in 2027. The striker had already attracted attention from Europe's top clubs before the tournament began. The new deal pushes his stay at Stuttgart well beyond the original 2027 expiry.

Roma are among the clubs interested, looking for a new striker to partner with Malen. Roma view Undav as a potential partner for Malen.

Serie A clubs Como and AC Milan have also expressed interest. AC Milan previously held discussions with Undav's entourage.

Spanish and Arab clubs were reported to be monitoring the German forward as well. Their interest adds to the growing list of suitors across Europe and the Middle East.

Undav indicated a desire to settle his future before the World Cup. Two days before departing, he signed a new deal with Stuttgart until 2029, with an option for an additional year and a salary of roughly 5.5 million euros per season.
