Roma negotiate Mason Greenwood transfer with Marseille
Roma have opened talks with Marseille about signing Mason Greenwood. The English striker is Roma’s primary attacking target. Marseille must settle its accounts by June 30, and Greenwood is the most valuable asset on their squad.
Greenwood recorded 16 Ligue 1 goals, seven assists, three Champions League goals and six Coupe de France goals last season. Juventus, Inter and Saudi Arabia have expressed interest, while Fenerbahçe’s option has faded. Atlético Madrid has already contacted Greenwood’s camp and Marseille, emerging as the strongest rival for the striker.
