Gullit highlighted that Van Gaal is ready to step in, adding depth to the pool of experienced Dutch coaches. Pep Guardiola was also discussed. Gullit explained that Guardiola is lyrical about Johan Cruijff and loves Dutch football, which could tempt him to take the job.
