Van den Keybus leads Belgian Talent Top 50 spots 50-31
Belgium’s next generation of goalkeepers features Timon Van den Keybus, whose physicality mirrors Manuel Neuer and technical footwork resembles Johan Verbruggen. Van den Keybus, currently at KAA Gent’s academy, tops the goalkeeper rankings in the 4AF Talent Top 50.
Midfielder Danel Sinani, nephew of former international Faris Haroun, ranks 48th. Sinani plays for FC Luzern in Switzerland after progressing through Standard Liège’s youth system. His versatility in central midfield adds tactical depth to the list.
Defender Victor Delplace, younger brother of Loïs Openda, is positioned 45th. Delplace competes for Racing Genk’s U21 side, developing under coach Hans Verschueren. His ball-playing ability from center-back aligns with modern defensive demands.
Forward Mathis Servais, 42nd, continues to impress at RSC Anderlecht’s academy. Servais, 17, has scored 15 goals in 20 youth league appearances this season. His clinical finishing under youth coach Glen De Boeck highlights his potential.
Winger Killian Sardella, 39th, remains a standout at Atalanta BC’s Primavera team. Sardella, 19, has featured in pre-season friendlies for the senior squad. His dribbling and crossing ability draw comparisons to Eden Hazard’s early career.
Goalkeeper Lucas Stassin, 36th, anchors the list. Stassin, 20, has made 40 first-team appearances for RFC Seraing. His reflex saves and command of the penalty area have drawn interest from multiple Belgian Pro League clubs.
The remaining names in the 50-31 range include defenders Elias Mbow, Lucas Lemoine, and Elias Van Assche, all developing in top Belgian academies. Their defensive solidity and leadership potential secure their spots in the rankings.
The Talent Top 50 identifies players aged 23 or younger, currently playing in Belgium or abroad. Belgium’s coaching staff will monitor these prospects ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification cycle.
