Vozinha cries after Cape Verde draw with Spain

yesterday
Josimar José Evora Dias, known as Vozinha, became Man of the Match after Cape Verde held European champions Spain to a 0‑0 draw at the Club World Cup in Atlanta. The 40‑year‑old goalkeeper kept a clean sheet for the full 90 minutes at Mercedes‑Benz Stadium. After the final whistle, Vozinha walked across the pitch in tears. He told reporters he was grieving his late grandparents, who had passed away years earlier. He added that his mother could not travel because the family could not afford her U.S. visa. Fans launched online fundraisers to cover the visa cost. Vozinha’s Instagram followers jumped to 4.7 million within hours, approaching six million, after Brazilian YouTube channel Caze TV encouraged viewers to follow him.
