AC Mailand secures Pavlović until 2031 and strengthens the defence
AC Milan has extended the contract of centre‑back Strahinja Pavlović until 30 June 2031, adding an option for an additional year. The Serbian international therefore remains with the club beyond the previous expiry in 2028.
Financial terms and market value
According to the club, Pavlović's annual salary rises from €1.7 million net to roughly €3 million. His market value is €40 million, making him the third‑most valuable player in the squad after Gonçalo Ramos (€50 million) and Diego Moreira (€45 million).
Performance and role in the team
The 25‑year‑old centre‑back, 1.94 metres tall, arrived in July 2024 from FC Red Bull Salzburg for €18.5 million. Since then he has played 80 competitive matches, starting 75 of them, scored seven goals and provided four assists. Under manager Rúben Amorim, Pavlović has not missed a minute in the current season.
