Bologna's €10 million double‑play: targeting Koopmeiners and Ugresic

🇮🇹

A €10 million bid for AZ midfielder Peer Koopmeiners and a parallel pursuit of 19‑year‑old Serbian talent Ognjen Ugresic—valued at €10 million and contracted until mid‑2030—show Bologna’s dual recruitment drive. The Italian Serie A club, cited by transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, sees both players as key midfield reinforcements.

Bologna has reportedly placed a €10 million offer for Dutchman Peer Koopmeiners, though it remains unclear whether the club will commit to both targets simultaneously.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Bologna has opened contacts with Partizan Belgrade to discuss a possible transfer for Ognjen Ugresic.

Ugresic, a 19‑year‑old Serbian midfielder, is currently under contract with Partizan Belgrade until mid‑2030 and is listed by Transfermarkt at a €10 million valuation.

Last month, FR12 reported that Feyenoord had turned its attention to Ugresic, describing the Serbian as a "serious candidate" for the Rotterdam side.

The youngster is quoted as being "enthusiastic" about a move to the Italian top club, and negotiations between the parties are set to continue.

Bologna’s simultaneous interest in two €10 million‑valued midfielders underscores a broader trend among Italian clubs to secure young, high‑potential talent in a competitive market.
