Kane extends Bayern deal to 2029, Romano reports

Harry Kane confirmed on Wednesday, a day after his Ballon d’Or‑victory, that he is extending his contract with Bayern Munich until mid‑2029, reports transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano. The Englishman, who arrived in the summer of 2023 from Tottenham Hotspur for €95 million, remains at the Allianz Arena.
Contract details and previous performances
Kane signed at the time a contract until mid‑2027, meaning his current deal expires next summer. Bayern and the Englishman have been negotiating for some time, and according to Fabrizio Romano the last wrinkles have now been smoothed out.
In recent months he was repeatedly linked with a possible transfer to Real Madrid or FC Barcelona. The extension confirms that he will continue playing in Southern Germany.
Ballon d’Or winner Kane on track for extension with Bayern Munich
Since his arrival in the summer of 2023, Kane has played 159 matches for Bayern. In those duels he found the net 156 times and provided 40 assists.
