Removal truck spotted outside Tijjani reijnders' Manchester City home

A removal truck was spotted outside the home of 27‑year‑old Dutch midfielder Tijjani Reijnders, fueling speculation about his future at Manchester City this summer. Reijnders logged 47 appearances, seven goals and eight assists across all competitions during the 2025/26 campaign, yet averaged less than an hour of game time per outing. Reijnders struggled to nail down a consistent place under Pep Guardiola during the 2025/26 season. He competed for minutes with Rodri, Bernardo Silva, Nico Gonzalez and Rayan Cherki, leaving him as a rotation option rather than a guaranteed starter. He arrived from AC Milan and was praised for adding dynamic, box‑to‑box energy when selected. Despite the praise, persistent squad rotation limited his regular minutes. Enzo Maresca is set to take over as Manchester City manager this summer. Maresca could restructure the midfield hierarchy, and Bernardo Silva’s departure may open a space for Reijnders, though his immediate future remains uncertain. Neighbours reported that Reijnders has left the house he shared with his family and that a removal truck was seen removing their belongings. It is unclear whether the move is a relocation related to his City career or a sign of an imminent departure. Reijnders is currently concentrating on the FIFA World Cup with the Netherlands national team. Atletico Madrid are the only club that has been concretely linked with a possible transfer for Reijnders this summer. A separate claim in the same report suggests that Manchester City legend Bernardo Silva could give Real Madrid everything for absolutely nothing.
