Feyenoord reaches principle agreement with Westerlo for Nacho Ferri

Feyenoord have secured a principle agreement with Belgian side KVC Westerlo for the signing of 21‑year‑old Spanish striker Nacho Ferri, according to FR12 on Monday evening. The Dutch club had already concluded a personal deal with the forward, while the exact transfer fee remains undisclosed.

It has been clear that Feyenoord aim to add Ferri to their attack. After securing the personal terms, the clubs moved on to a principle agreement with his current employer KVC Westerlo. The exact transfer sum has not been disclosed.

A full transfer deal between Feyenoord and Westerlo is still pending. The supporters’ outlet quoted: “Although both clubs have reached agreement on principle, the final formalities still need to be worked out before the transfer can be completed.” This indicates negotiations are ongoing.

Transfermarkt values Ferri at six million euros. The Spaniard joined Westerlo from Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer of 2025 for a fee of 1.5 million euros. At Westerlo he featured in 37 matches last season, netting eleven goals and providing four assists.

Earlier, Ferri made thirteen appearances for Eintracht Frankfurt’s first team, scoring once. His performances have attracted interest from clubs beyond Belgium.
