Gian Piero Gasperini wants to keep key players such as Matias Soulé and Evan Ndicka. He also hopes to retain Koné, who dreams of playing for Paris Saint-Germain, the club he grew up near. Gasperini aims to build a squad capable of returning to the Champions League. According to Il Corriere della Sera, Arsenal have made initial contact with Koné’s entourage while he is at the World Cup. Roma have identified Yunus Musah as a potential replacement if Koné departs.
