Real Madrid offers Franco Mastantuono loan to Juventus
Real Madrid have put forward Franco Mastantuono on a straight loan to Juventus. The move comes as the clubs negotiate multiple fronts this summer.
Madrid intend Mastantuono to gain regular playing time in Europe next season, acknowledging he may not become a starter at the Bernabeu in 2026/27. A permanent sale is ruled out; the loan mirrors the two‑summer‑ago deal that sent Nico Paz to Como.
Juventus are taking a measured approach, wanting to test Mastantuono’s fit with Spalletti’s system before committing, especially as they rebuild attack after Vlahovic, Milik and the expected departures of Jonathan David and Lois Openda. The club has also approached other Serie A sides where Mastantuono could secure clearer minutes.
Parallel talks involve Gonzalo Garcia, whose transfer would be permanent with a buy‑back clause, and Brahim Diaz, whose future hinges on Morocco’s World Cup campaign. A photo of Mastantuono taken by Florencia Tan Jun shows him before a Copa del Rey match between CF Talavera and Real Madrid.
